DotaBD is a dedicated sanctuary for the Bangladeshi Dota 2 Community.

• Access is restricted to individuals of Bangladeshi birth, ties, ethnicity, local residents, or the diaspora.
• No outsiders are permitted to participate in community features unless a Special Case Exception is granted by the administration.

To maintain professional infrastructure, all funding (including sponsorships and community contributions) will be processed through a designated local or foreign entity unless explicitly specified otherwise.

Charges may be applicable for accessing premium features, including but not limited to:

• Invoking AI Analysis
• Dedicated Parsing
• Subscription Tiers
• Tournament Tools

By participating in the DotaBD Coaching platform, coaches and students agree to the following financial terms:

• Platform Commission: A mandatory 25% platform fee is deducted from all paid coaching sessions and student subscriptions.
• Coach Signing Bonus: Freshly registered coaches receive a one-time Sign-on Credit (2000 BDT for Elite / 1000 BDT for General) upon profile activation.
• Non-Negotiable Policy: All platform credits are strictly non-claimable, non-refundable, non-withdrawable, and non-negotiable. They are provided solely as internal balance to facilitate platform commissions.
• Debt Limit & Compliance: The platform permits coaches to operate with a negative balance up to -1000 BDT. If the negative balance exceeds this limit, the coach is immediately suspended from listing new classes, and existing listings will be hidden from public view until the dues are cleared via the platform's payment options (typically bKash).
• Direct Student Payments: All student-to-coach payments are transacted directly via third-party methods. DotaBD acts solely as a facilitator and record-keeper and is not liable for transaction disputes or refund requests.

The architecture, design system, and custom functional implementations of DotaBD are the proprietary intellectual property of the founder. Any unauthorized replication or distribution of the platform's unique logic and assets is strictly prohibited.
