EXECUTIVE
Finding a reliable stack in Dota 2 is now a data-driven science. We are thrilled to announce a major update to the DotaBD platform: Player Availability Tracking and One-Click Discord Party Invites.
Imagine this: You're a stack of four, stuck in a 10-minute queue loop because your regular fifth is offline. Or maybe you're coming off a brutal loss streak in solo queue and just need a reliable partner to steady the ship. Our new tools are designed to end that frustration.
Gone are the days of guessing when your teammates are online. By analyzing thousands of match timestamps, we've built a system that predicts exactly when a player is likely to be active, localizes it to your timezone, and lets you bridge the gap into a Discord session with a single click.
AVAILABILITY
1.1 Localized Heatmaps
Our new Activity Heatmap provides a 30-hour window of player behavior. We don't just show you "when they play"; we show you how their schedule overlaps with Your Activity.

- Today's Peak: The system prioritizes the current day's historical data (e.g., Saturday patterns) before falling back to all-time averages.
- Local AM/PM Times: All ranges are converted via the Intl package to your local system time. No more timezone math.
1.2 Best Matchup Time
The crown jewel of this feature is the Best Matchup Time algorithm. It calculates the weighted overlap between your peak hours and theirs, giving you a specific window where both players are historically most active. If you see a high overlap, that's your cue to invite.
DISCORD PARTY
2.1 Dedicated Tactical Hubs

Found a player that matches your schedule? Hit the Invite button. Our Elite Matchmaker Discord bot instantly creates a dedicated tactical hub for your session.

- Dynamic Channels: The bot generates a private text and voice channel specifically for your party.
- Live Status Tracking: See who has joined, their current rank, and their recent form directly in Discord.

2.2 Seamless Onboarding
The moment you click invite, the system wires you and your target player into the Tactical Hub. It's the fastest way to go from "browsing the leaderboard" to "securing the mid-lane."
LEADERBOARD
3.1 Live Availability Dots

We've updated the Players Screen with a dedicated Availability column.
- 🟢 Expected Active: A pulsing green dot indicates a player is currently within their peak activity window.
- ⚪ Expected Inactive: A gray dot shows when they are typically offline.
This allows you to scan the top rankings and identify potential teammates who are likely online right now. Browse the updated rankings and start building your stack today.
