ONBOARDING
1.1 Sign Up — Free, Steam-Verified
Registration is free. We verify your Steam account and pull your rank tier, match history, and hero pool automatically. No forms, no waiting list — if you're a ranked player, you're eligible to apply.
1.2 Apply To Coach — Get ৳1,000
Head to the Become a Coach page and submit your application. Once verified, ৳1,000 lands in your platform balance instantly — think of it as our handshake: a small promo float you can use to seed your first free class, gift to a student, or simply keep as working capital. Our fair-usage rules live in the Terms of Service.
1.3 Build a Topic, Publish a Class
Define a Topic — the curriculum (e.g. "Mid-Lane Laning Fundamentals"). Under each topic you publish recurring Classes: set the price in BDT, cap the seat count, schedule the time. Free classes auto-confirm; paid classes flow through our state-machine (PENDING → PAID) with transparent payout rules.
1.4 Wire In Discord
Discord integration is one click. Link your server, map course roles, and every enrolled student gets gated access plus automated reminders. No DM chasing. You teach; we handle the plumbing.
BADGE STORE
2.1 Every Class Awards a Badge
Every Topic a coach publishes carries its own Earnable Badge — a permanent, on-profile mark that shows up on the student's player card, coach roster, and session history. The store is open to everyone to browse; unlocking purchases is what becoming a verified coach gets you.

2.2 The Tier System — Bronze to Obsidian
We run a 4-tier progression — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Obsidian — cross-cut by 5 rarity bands (Common → Legendary). Below is a sample of templates already in the store. Each is hero-themed, visually distinct, and signals the weight of the curriculum behind it.
2.3 Earn As You Teach
Coaches set their own class prices in BDT. The platform settles payment (PENDING → PAID) and payouts flow to your balance the moment a class is confirmed. A 20-seat group class at ৳200/seat nets you ৳4,000 for a single evening — while your students pay a fraction of a 1-on-1 session. The badge stays with them forever. Your reputation compounds.
